Hi! I'm Lulu, a product designer (UX UI) & service designer passionate about turning good ideas into even better products and experiences that are loved by users while helping businesses thrive.

I thrive on problem-solving, transforming user needs into wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and tested products. I guide projects from user research to implementation, crafting digital solutions that solve complex business challenges with a user-centered approach. Collaborating with users, stakeholders, and teams, I integrate feedback throughout the design process.

Beyond design, I enjoy exploring art through hand-painting techniques and immersive technologies like AR and VR. Outside of design & art, you can find me hiking through nature trails, exploring new travel destinations, and getting lost in the charm of a new place.
